How Can You Participate?

We want to see you as a stakeholder in our project in order to get your suggestions regarding flexible working processes for your industry.

With this project, we plan to establish a national standard that will serve the relevant institutions and ministries, especially about the various flexible working systems that emerged during and after the Covid-19 outbreak. In this process, where we invite institutions to become stakeholders with application examples from different regions and sectors, it is very valuable that important organizations in your industry guide us to work with exemplary good practices they want to share. If you would like to announce your support for the project in this process, we are happy to share your name here. If you do not request, your support will remain confidential.

By participating in the preliminary phase of this project where the flexible working management system will be developed, while strengthening the result that will arise with your contributions, on the other hand, when standards and practices are formed, you will have already taken the first step to adapt to this process as an organization that took place in the basis of the project. For this purpose, we invite your institution to this study to share your ideas and experiences about flexible working processes.

Contributions You Can Make to Our Project:

Supporting the survey process that will be carried out online during the research phase with the participation of 20 to 30 employees from your institution.
Participating in stakeholder meetings to be carried out within the scope of the project.
Contributing to the standard to be prepared with your opinions.

Interviews with stakeholders constitute the qualitative phase of the research and the questionnaire form the quantitative phase of the research.

Thank you for taking part in our preliminary work to establish standards and practices that support business continuity and employee psychological well-being.

In order for private institutions to participate in the project, we expect that the appropriate one for the phase or phases desired to be included in the forms below will be selected and signed by executives who are authorized to sign, and sent to the project.ekibi@esnekcalisma.org address. Then, we expect your support for the wet signed forms to be sent to the address specified in the communication section on behalf of Project Leader İdil Işık.
